Born on the beautiful island of Kingston, Jamaica, Chef Royce moved to Brooklyn, New York, when he was 6 years old, and landed in los Angeles when he was in high school. He began cooking early on and grew a passion for it over the years. After enjoying a lengthy career in the aerospace industry, Chef Royce decided to make his passion for Caribbean flavor into a full-time pursuit by launching Royce Jamaican Cuisine, serving up authentic Jamaican food.
At RjC, we strive to provide a smarter choice of Caribbean food without sacrificing the bold taste of fine island cuisine. Instead of fostering unhealthy eating lifestyles created by today's fast-food culture, RjC opts to promote health by providing natural food options.
